Fluoroscopy

Fluoroscopy

Fluoroscopy during imaging passes an X-ray beam through the body. The image is transmitted to a monitor so that the movement of a body part can be seen in detail. As an imaging tool, Fluoroscopy enables doctors to examine many body systems, including the skeletal, digestive, urinary, respiratory, and reproductive systems. This imaging procedure may evaluate specific body areas, including bones, muscles, joints, and solid organs such as the heart, lungs, or kidneys
