1. Receiving eligible health services is the patient right.
2. Information should be offered to the patient completely and desirably.
3. Right to choose and decide freely in reciveing health services should be respected as a patient right.
4. Offering health services should be according to patient privacy and confidentiality right.
5. Access to complaint system is a patient right.
